Do you have multiple people involved in the grain selling decisions of your business?
If you have more than one person in your business that helps manage the grain selling, you can add them as users to your CGX account.
Additional users on your CGX account can have permission to create and manage offers in your CGX account, or simply view the market and past sales invoices from your 'My Sales' tab.
You are able to view all users in the 'Users' tab on your CGX account.

If you use an Agent or Advisor, you can authorise them to access CGX on your behalf
This can enable your Agent or Advisor to manage your offers and sell grain on your behalf through CGX.
You simply need to complete an Authorisation Agreement to authorise your Agent to access your CGX account.
Your Agent should have access to this Agreement so please discuss it with them, or contact the CGX team for help.
